GEHA Selects ComplySystems’ Dental Claims Adjudication Link™ to Process Mexican Dental Claims.
Beaverton, Oregon, April 21, 2010— Comply Systems is pleased to announce that GEHA, the second-largest national health plan and the second-largest national dental plan serving federal employees, has chosen to utilize Comply Systems’ Dental Claims Adjudication Link™ (DCAL™) as its tool of choice for adjudicating Mexican dental claims. DCAL™, a multi-user web-based application, has significantly increased GEAH’s ability to combat cross-border dental fraud, waste and abuse associated with Mexican dental claims. By having immediate access to Comply Systems’ proprietary suite of tools, which includes up-to-date reasonable and customary Mexican dental rates, DCAL™ users have greatly reduced the amount of resources utilized on claim adjudication, and have realized substantial savings. Additionally, DCAL™ provides users with a robust fraud alert system, and a comprehensive up-to-the-minute interactive reporting tool. “We are very pleased that a company with GEHA’s track record in benefits management selected our technology platform. I know they looked at other possible solutions before choosing DCAL™ and it is extremely gratifying to have been selected to compliment their anti-fraud waste and abuse efforts” stated Alex Basauri, Comply Systems’ Chief Information Officer.
